Service Disclaimer & Agreement of Understanding.
- Oceaned does not guarantee admission into any university, nor the approval of any visa application. Final decisions regarding admissions are made solely by universities, and visa approvals are at the discretion of the consular or immigration authorities of the respective countries.
- Oceaned does not sell admission letters, scholarships, or visas. All fees paid are strictly for consulting and professional support services, including document review, strategy development, application guidance, and visa coaching.
- The goal of Oceaned's services is to strengthen study applications through expert advice, editing, and submission strategy in order to improve the client's chances of success. While Oceaned maintains a high success rate, outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Service fees are non-refundable and do not include third-party costs such as university application fees, standardized test fees, visa fees, or medical examination costs.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection by universities or visa officers. Oceaned will not be held responsible for such outcomes.
- Oceaned operates in good faith and provides professional services to the best of its ability and knowledge. Oceaned and its representatives cannot be held legally or financially liable for outcomes beyond their control, including but not limited to:
- Admission denials
- Visa rejections
- Delays in responses from institutions or embassies
- Changes in immigration policies or institutional requirements
- This agreement is made in fairness, professionalism, and respect for the time, expertise, and guidance that Oceaned invests into each application.
Refund Policy
Oceaned Study Abroad offers refunds only in specific and limited circumstances, and only when no substantial work has been completed and no university or scholarship application has been submitted.
A refund will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If the client receives a rejection letter, this confirms that the application was submitted and processed. No refund will be issued, as the outcome is beyond Oceaned's control.
- If the client fails to provide required documents, causes unreasonable delays, or withdraws after work has begun.
- If the client changes their decision after document review, school selection, or application submission has started.
- If admission or visa is denied by the respective institutions or immigration authorities.
Oceaned's Inability to Provide a Rejection Letter
If, after payment confirmation, Oceaned is unable to submit an application and cannot provide evidence of rejection (such as an official email or letter from a university or scholarship body), the client may be eligible for a full refund of all fees paid, including school application fees where applicable.
By making payment for this service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
